Upon joining Aspect Advisory, you’ll be part of a two-week orientation program where we teach you the hard and soft fundamentals of consulting and our work. From there you’ll join a team on a client project across a diverse set of topics aligned to our core skillset. You will work remotely with the expectation to be on the site of a client when required.

Experience in consulting to the financial services industry and proven ability to structure, lead and execute client project assignments with minimal Partner support
A minimum Honours (or four-year equivalent) degree from one of the Faculties of Science, Commerce or Engineering
Experience and / or interest in coding and data science is a plus
An output-oriented mindset
The ability to take ownership and responsibility of their tasks

A logical and creative approach to problem solving
A willingness to overcome challenges and solve problems on your own
