Upon joining Aspect Advisory, you’ll be part of a two-week orientation program where we teach you the hard and soft fundamentals of consulting and our work. From there you’ll join a team on a client project across a diverse set of topics aligned to our core skillset. You will work remotely with the expectation to be on the site of a client when required.
YOUR TASKS
We are always looking for entrepreneurial and dynamic individuals to join our firm. In particular, we expect
- Projects: Support in the implementation of consulting projects in the financial services sector.
- Client consulting: analysis of our clients’ business processes and structures, identification of optimisation potential, and development of customised solutions.
- Market and trend analysis: carrying out market analyses and identifying current trends and challenges in the financial services sector.
- Stakeholder management: building and maintaining relationships with clients and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, and continuously developing business relationships.
- Team development: coaching junior consultants, promoting their professional development, and ensuring the quality of work results.
- Knowledge transfer: developing training courses and workshops on current topics and best practices in the financial services sector.
YOUR PROFILE
We are always on the lookout for entrepreneurial and dynamic personalities who would like to join our firm.
- Professional experience: Initial practical experience in the financial services sector or in management consultancy would be an advantage.
- Education: Degree in economics, business mathematics, finance, business administration or a comparable field.
- Expertise: In-depth understanding of the financial services industry, including current trends, challenges and regulatory requirements. Experience in risk management or sustainability an advantage.
- Analytical skills: Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Ability to structure complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, ability to present complex topics in an understandable way.
- Technical skills: Good office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, coding in multiple languages is a big bonus).
- Ability to work in a team: Strong ability to work in interdisciplinary and international teams, high social competence and leadership skills.
- Initiative: Proactive and independent way of working, high motivation and flexibility. Open-mindedness and a desire to travel and explore.
